One recent theory that triggered an entire news cycle was the claim by a professor and grad student at the University of Alberta in Canada that artificial intelligence had finally cracked the code.

This time it was Gerard Chesire of the University of Bristol who only needed two weeks to crack the code. The mysterious Voynich Manuscript of which we have reported earlier (see Read more here) has allegedly been decoded yet again.
There are people who claim every once in a while to have decoded one word, but nothing else."While the media regularly reports that someone has finally cracked the code, none of the claims have so far stood up to close scrutiny. For centuries, its been the book no human can understand, but we may finally now be able to read it thanks to machines. The Voynich manuscript still has not been decoded. Voynich lived on that and it's hilarious ppl are still looking for a meaning. They're all delusional, you can't decode a meaningless XX century forgery made to be sold as a rare book with a fancy story.
The Voynich Manuscript has long bedevilled would-be. "And some people have lost their fortunes and families over this manuscript because of their obsession with it. YESThe VM has been decoded multiple times and, usually, it's being decoded on weekly basis on this sub. Last week there was a high-profile story in the Times Literary Supplement claiming that the mysterious Voynich Manuscript had been deciphered. Some of illustrations in the book resemble known plants, others less so.It's that sense of mystery that has captured the public imagination, and compelled so many to attempt to decipher its meaning."There are a lot of different approaches that people have taken over the years and a lot of people have given up," said Davis.
